Ⅰ. Equipment Introduction
This equipment is applicable to thickness measurement for soft packaging power battery cells, but also can detect other kinds of non-battery flexible sheet products. Weight is used to ensure that the test pressure is adjustable from 500 to 1000g.
Ⅱ. Operation Steps
1．Manually put the battery on the test platform of the
thickness measuring machine;
2．Lift the test pressure plate, and press it down naturally
for test;
3．Lift the plate after the completion of test;
4．Remove the battery by hand, the whole steps
are finished, then the next test will be entered.
