. Equipment Introduction

This equipment is applicable to thickness measurement for soft packaging power battery cells, but also can detect other kinds of non-battery flexible sheet products. Servo motor and sensor are adopted for lifting to ensure that the test pressure is 500g.

. Operation Steps

1Manually put the battery on the test platform of the

thickness measuring machine;

2Press the START button and press the test plate

down for test;

3Lift the test plate after the completion of test;

4Remove the battery by manual, the whole steps

are finished, then the next test will be entered.
