Ⅰ. Equipment Introduction
This equipment is applicable to thickness measurement for soft packaging power battery cells, but also can detect other kinds of non-battery flexible sheet products. Servo motor and sensor are adopted for lifting to ensure that the test pressure is 500g.
Ⅱ. Operation Steps
1．Manually put the battery on the test platform of the
thickness measuring machine;
2．Press the START button and press the test plate
down for test;
3．Lift the test plate after the completion of test;
4．Remove the battery by manual, the whole steps
are finished, then the next test will be entered.
